WD Western Digital 2TB 2.5 128MB SATA III Hard Drive for Laptops, PS4 (WD20SPZX)

I wanted to add a larger HDD for storage to my ROG laptop. This was just perfect! Super-light weight. Not a noticable difference after installation.

I have a sager np7280 with 3 1TB drives. the system drive was starting to fail and the used space on the other 2 was about 80% so I bought 2 at first, cloned the system drive and 1 of the others. I like that hese drives are slimmer than the ones I am replacing, system preformance has improved and that the laptop is restored to a fantastic working state. I have decided to bite the bullet and replace the 3rd one as I definitely like having the extra storage space up from 1TB to 2TB

Purchased a a 2TB WD Blue from this company thru Amazon. When I went to register the drive warranty with WD, they politely informed me that the Disk Drive is OEM intended integration into a fully assembled system. WD does not provide warranty support for WD products purchased by systems integrators. I dont know if Chilison, who sells beans and hot sauce, will provide any warranty service for a computer disk drive, but I an unwilling to be disappointed or spend hours finding out. If warranty is not an issue for you, they did deliver it before their committed date.

Very pleased with the extra capacity. I bought this to add a secondary drive to a laptop in order to store a large amount of WAVE files. It fit seamlessly in the caddy. I have a WD 3 TB external drive and have never had a problem with it so when I needed an internal drive I turned to WD. After installing the drive, I activated the new storage in Windows 11 by going to “Disk Management” and ran “New Simple Volume.” The WD is now the “D” drive on my laptop and works perfectly.

The drive is still a great drive, however this listing states it has a 2 year warranty. It does not have any warranty with WD as it is a white label OEM drive. So if you want cheap, this works great. If you want a warranty as well, search elsewhere.

Great storage capacity l, especially for tue Money. Works great. Saved our precious PS4 after the original hard drive crashed and burned. Now I don’t have to spend the money buying a new console and my teenage sons can keep playing. That was a close one. lol

Didnt get instructions about getting the Acronis drive backup/copy software as was listed in item description. I DO NOT want to pay monthly subscription price for the software I would use maybe once or twice a month. Too expensive for that.

perfect upgrade for the ps4. All the room you need at a great price.
