It was exactly what I needed and using this, additional decorations werent really necessary but I did do a balloon garland over the top of this banner and it looked gorgeous. Please dont judge the balloon garland, it was my first time and I was actually pretty proud of it. I got the balloons on Amazon as well. It went perfect with the banner.
