It is the softer tulle. It is strong and sewed well. I made all on the ruffles for the Infant of Prague statue. I did the edging with my serger rolled hem setting. There was no tearing. It gather well. Though note, tulle is fussy for this application.

As a couple of other people have said, this tulle is soft. It is also very easy to fluff up, because its so light and airy. I even added lace on the edge, and it stayed fluffy all evening on Halloween. I believe it will work well for a petticoat or crinoline, as long as a lightweight fabric is being used over it. Very nice to work with, and not scratchy. Two thumbs up!

Perfect for what we needed

Good quality but it comes in multiple pieces. Im using it as netting to protect my raised garden bed from bugs. For my project it wasnt that big of a deal to piece it together. Im sure others will be very disappointed when they find that they do not have once continues cut of tulle.

I bought this for my kitty. She loves sheer fabric. It entertains her and I quite a bit (I like to static it onto her fur, she like being rubbed by it) Only complaint I have is I couldnt tell the tightness of the weave. This one is a bit looser, so it isnt silky smooth. For decoration purposes you will probably need 2-3 layers to get a good color out of it.
