Wifi Smart plug

I really like these smart plugs. So easy to install and use!

I bought multiple of these packs at Costco, and at first they worked ok. For some reason, as time went on, they couldn’t connect more and more. Now I have one 4 ft and one wall away from WiFi and it cannot connect. I have deleted and reset them, my WiFi, and nothing works. I literally have to be in the same room as the WiFi for these to work. Even the bulbs eventually did the same thing. Will never be buying from this company again.

I am not new to smart plugs. I am not new to smart home devices. And these are quite possibly the worst smart plugs I’ve ever dealt with. I installed them, I set them up with Alexa, and they went off-line. I reinstalled them, I set them up with Alexa, and they went off-line. This continued for two days, then I took a break and used another brand. Today, I decided to try them again. Same result. We have other smart devices on the same network, including smart plugs from other companies. Everything else works. These do not. They cannot stay connected to the network, and it takes upwards of 15 minutes to convince the plug to reset so they can be reinstalled…. again. So far, the maximum amount of time they have spent online is six hours. After that, they go offline. I am ready to toss these things out the window with extreme prejudice and chalk up the money spent to a lesson on why you shouldn’t impulse buy smart plugs..

They work perfectly and we love the smart feature, being able to turn it on both at the switch and my our electronics. Only wish they were a little more compact

This plug/timer is so easy to use. From setting up to everyday use. I havent found anything to complain about. Great product.

These plugs have horrible WiFi reception. They are in the same room as my router and they still will not connect. Even when they do connect and you check the signal through the app it say weak signal. When they connect they work great, but ....

Very easy to use! Now I have a timer to turn on my Christmas lights

I found this brand to be the easiest ever to install and pair. Other products required me to try and re-try to connect. I will always buy Feit.

Bought these because I had 4 feit electric LED bulbs. What a mistake - buying the bulbs and these outlets. The software seems well designed, I didnt have any issues navigating it or setting the devices up the first time but they outright refused to stay connected/would intermittently drop connection then come back a while later or drop the connection entirely and refuse to sync no matter what I did. Theres a second process available as a form of recovery so you can get them to sync again, that didnt work either. I adjusted my routers settings and that did nothing. In the end I spent a couple hours trying to get them to sync back up with the software and failed.

Requires your wifi to output 2.4GHz. We live in 2022 now, devices should be compatible to both 5GHz and 2.4GHz and not require me to fiddle with my router settings.
