Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

I was initially impressed with this piece, looked good and fit everything I needed. Then I traveled for the first time with it to fly to Navy training. It was cracked already 2 flights later. Turns out it’s junk. Now I am trapped at training with no way of returning this and won’t make it home before the return window closes. Seriously, listen to the bad reviews on this luggage or you’ll regret it.

The storage space and dividers are great. However recommend that you buy a darker color because on my first trip with the luggage it got black scuff marks. Pic enclosed. Overall I would buy it again however in black or a darker color.

Ive never been one to invest a lot in my luggage, but man have I been missing out. I love this piece. Its expandable, has straps to keep your items held down on both sides, so its easy to close, and the handle is smooth and adjustable. Its great with the four 360 degree spinning wheels. I actually took this to the grocery store once because I didnt have a way to carry all my heavy groceries home, so I packed my items in this suitcase. I felt a little silly, but it worked! This is a great carry on size.

Overseas Travels

I did a 10 day 5 flight trip with only this carryon and a personal item (weekender bag) that i secured to the handle of this piece with a strap. I really pushed its limits. Wish i had chosen double wheels. The handle was a little wobbly. However, this bag performed beautifully overall and Im very happy to take it on my next adventure. The compression and expansion zipper was handier than expected too. Maybe I wont burden it so much next time and the wobble prob wont be noticeable.

Wow. This is a visually stunning suitcase. If you think thats an odd sentence to read, its an odder sentence to write... but as I took it out of the box, my wife and I immediately turned to each other and said that is a GOOD LOOKING suitcase! Ive become a fan of the hardside suitcases over the past few years, so this is perfect. And based on some basic stress tests (namely my 3 year old sitting on it), its durable enough. (Note: my assumption is that this is going to be in the overhead bin or a car trunk most of the time, maybe occasionally checked in. Its not going on safari and being attacked by lions. In more realistic terms, I had my 3 year old sit on it. I didnt have him jump on it.)
