The best water colors available

Took off a star because I believe my tube was used. It was crushed at the bottom as if someone squeezed a little dollop out. I had other paint delivered today that was just fine. Otherwise the paint is lovely, I highly recommend Cotman if you want to try Winsor and Newton watercolor but don’t want to pay for their pro colors yet.
