Greater than one weekLast fall I purchased Apple AirPods. No matter what tip I use, they do not stay in my ears and are always falling out. I decided to purchase these earbuds because of their earhooks and the 80 hours playback. Im very happy with them. Its easy to stop and start (much easier than AirPods). They never fall off! The work seamlessly with my iPhone. Great product for a great price.

Theyre very comfortable on the ears and dont slide when I sweat, Iike others do. I absolutely love these. Theyre a great quality at a great price.

I wanted some that I could wear in the rain, sweat, and even the shower without losing abilities or going haywire. These are perfect for that as they have buttons on them rather than touch controls. Have used a few times when showering and I think they are great!

1.Unable to Charge the Earbuds?
(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
The earbuds don"t have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
