> 3 dayI have two of these in my apartment one for my microwave and my phone chargers and lamp and the other four and air purifier humidifier and portable space heater. Its difficult to plug in anything in these things but theyre made that way because theyre heavy duty and on a construction site you want as much voltage as you can get coming out of the wall so you want thicker fatter wires so that the electricity can flow more freely without restriction if you have restrictions of electrical flow or current the wires heat up and can cause fires or trip Breakers. And being difficult to plug in means theyre difficult to unplug but you want that so that they dont come unplugged while youre using your tools. I highly recommend theyre not that expensive either. > 3 dayThis is the multi-tap to use. Good / heavy duty 12 gauge wire + plug & receptacle ends clean with no excess protruding rubber. Prongs capture and hold plugs just fine. No looseness / no excessive force. UL listed device.

> 3 dayOnly $4.84? No brainer. Ive been using the same 3 Woods 14ga orange extension cords for 10+ years, nothing fancy, just sturdy and reliable. Added this pigtail so can leave 12 DeWalt sliding saw and 10 Ryobi table saw powered at the same time. Although I dont run both saws at the exact same time. This pigtail handles both no problem. If you dont already own one, its a must buy. Saves you a ton of wasted time plugging and unplugging, and reduces the amount of bending over when you just want to stand up and work with your saws.

11-06-2025When you are moving a lot of wattage, strongly consider both 12 gauge wiring, and in this case a very high quality 12 gauge multi outlet extension cord. Note that it is just as useful for indoor or outdoor use. I needed to extend a professional printer for my office after having an entirely new circuit installed to handle extra voltage. This Woods model does the trick at less than half the cost you will find at either of the big box home improvement stores. Its build quality is very impressive. I have also been impressed with several other Woods electrical products I have also purchased because they represent competitive quality for less cost. My plugs were a very tight fit. If you need to often move a plug in and out of a tight receptacle pick up a small tube of dielectric grease. Coat the plug and that will do the trick.
