I work for a computer company and take many field calls for PCs and laptops. This little tool set is a great asset. I wished I would have had it a lot sooner.

The item was shipped in a box that was opened not properly sealed..items fell out of kit. Once reassembled it seems to be ok..

Has everything I didnt know I needed. Just be carefull; some of the bits come out of their holder when you open it. Nothing bad, just an annoyance.

I got this for my son so he could take apart and clean a Nintendo Game Console. I was “supervising”. He really likes it , said it’s great. He will use it for his laptop and IPhone as well for changing out the SIM card. Highly recommended.
