> 24 hourWe purchased as a first collar for our puppy. She has had it for about a month. Today she broke away from my husband on her walk. After we caught her. I noticed that even though the collar is not broken the plastic catch has become loose and can easily be pulled apart simply by tugging on it. I am throwing it out it is not worth losing my dog!

> 24 hourGreat quality collar. But I was sent the wrong one. I didnt order the one with waves all over it. My Order activity clearly shows I ordered the tribal seas with sharks and turtles. But cant return it since my husband took tags off collar and put on the dog before I could look at it.
