For my 2 year old he’s been wearing them since he’s 1 and they stay on and the grips are great for when they’re just starting to walk.

I also bought the 1-3t sock for my 1 year old who is about a size 4 in toddler shoes. Definitely is too big. I assumed it would be loose, but it surprised me how close in size the two socks were. (See attached picture.) The grip in the bottom seems to be a great quality, along with the material. Time will tell!
