It does what I needed it to do. I usually take out the old flint from my bic lighters and use those. I did not have any on hand so I bought these and works well.

This is the best deal that I saw on these and they work great in the lighter.

Nice metal flints.... those old red ones (which I think were some sort of plastic bonded flint) clogged up the strike plate.
