> 24 hourDoesn’t work. I spent 4 hours trying to get it to work. I’m usually really good with tech stuff I can reset iPhones anything but this was just crap. I even looked online and YouTube videos to try and figure it out. NOPE still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money.

> 24 hourThis was disk did not help me unlock my laptop. I followed the instructions on the packaging it came in and when I got to the steps I needed to unlock, there were instructions telling another step needed to download was going to cost me more money. I gave up trying to unlock and will call Dell to have them help me unlock. The Linux makers help/support page was not available and it would have cost money to get the help if o had called.
