> 3 dayI placed this in my Ender 3. This was one of multiple upgrades. I leveled the bed and made sure everything was perfect. I printed probably 10 to go 15 smaller prints, none were quite right. I made several adjustments attempting to make this nozzle work, I couldnt do it! After hours and hours of troubleshooting I decided to replace the nozzle with a brass nozzle, much like the one that came with my printer. Upon removing the hardened steel nozzle I noticed the hole was extremely small. I tried to clean it out with my tip cleaner ( this tip cleaner is exactly 0.4mm) it wouldnt fit! Its at that moment I realized the hole was not only too small it was off center.... I think I will stick with brass from now on. Oh once I replaced the nozzle, all my problems went away, immediately!

> 3 dayIve had this nozzle a while its held up perfectly but an issue Im running into is now is that the size of the nozzle isnt on the nozzle anywhere. I had to come to my Amazon order history to confirm that I ordered a .4mm. Maybe I could eyeball it against another .4mm brass nozzle but thats not great. Currently this is the only hardened nozzle I own but that will be changing soon. Ill have to be sure that my next nozzle has the size on it so I can at least use process of elimination to identify this one as the .4

Greater than one weekEasily clogged. For my test run I printed Benchy and printed just fine. Second one I printed octopus for something a little bit bigger and 10 mins left on my timer that’s when I noticed a bad print and the nozzle started showing some goop around it. Third print was the octopi camera case and that’s when it totally clogged.

> 3 dayI am not an expert, but I bought this for printing wood PLA and it just does that.

> 3 dayWorks great. Wish I had tried 0.8 mm earlier. Such a time saver. Using it for carbon fiber infused. No clogging at all. Works great for all filaments though

> 3 dayThis does not appear to be MK8 threading. The head does not fully screw into its mount -- unusable for prints on the Ender 3/Pro. Take your money elsewhere, save hours of frustration.

Greater than one weekThe first minute or two comes out fine, but then it just stops. I dont know if its because the nozzle isnt optimize to hold heat, our maybe printing PLA over 220°C+ isnt enough. This review wants me to address sheerness whatever that means, but I cant really give an answer on that if I cant get a print at all.

> 3 dayThe threads are WAY too short to work for a Prusa i3 MK3s. The heater block will have to thread in so far that your carriage WILL melt.
