The first minute or two comes out fine, but then it just stops. I dont know if its because the nozzle isnt optimize to hold heat, our maybe printing PLA over 220°C+ isnt enough. This review wants me to address sheerness whatever that means, but I cant really give an answer on that if I cant get a print at all.

I was printing harder materials such as carbon fiber and needed a more resilient nozzle because id go through a brass one in a couple of prints. I have been using this nozzle to close to a year now and havent replaced it. If it gets clogged, like any other nozzle, just use a blow torch to clear it out. This has been one of my best upgrades for my printer, keeping my prints consistent and high quality.

Good quality nozzle. Direct replacement for our CTC Bizer (Makerbot Replicator clone) printers. I havent tested with an abrasive filament yet, but the nozzle seems great!

This nozzle is not compatible with the prusa I3MK3S. I have ruined so many prints thinking it had to do with my print setting and not the nozzle the seller sold me. Very Disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone whos buying this for their prusa printer

Took me a few days to dial this nozzle in, but once I did I had no issues whatsoever; I was actually able to get better print quality out of this than a brass nozzle (Managed to pull off some near-SLA quality details on a miniature with the 0.4 mm which is pretty astonishing). That being said, I had to bump my PLA from 205 up to 220, and had to go all the way to 260C for PETG. Works like a charm with the half-kilo or so of carbon fiber PLA Ive printed, however. Overall, this is definitely worth the $6 if youre looking to print something more abrasive; just be ready for a big temperature increase.

Easy to install and great performance all around. I feel like they last way longer than brass.

Worked great but after 30 hours of print started to act like a stock tip does with carbon fiber going through it
