Just like several other reviewers I found, the plastic that holds the screen in place has separated. It is not glued; it snaps together like Legos, except Legos do not come apart like this. I tried snapping it back together several times, but it will not stay. Computer is otherwise OK. I suppose I will see if I can glue it back together. I always thought Acer was pretty good quality, but not so!

update: Acer repaired it free of charge and returned it quickly. It appears to still bulge a little in the fascia under one of the hinges.

Great performance. I used it as a back up computer. The housing is so fragile. Poor quality plastic

This laptop is perfect for my work from home needs. Im very pleased with my purchase.
