the right hand hinge exploded one day when i opened the laptop. Sending back for repair

Bought this laptop six months ago and noticed almost a month or two after that the bezel was coming loose from the monitor. Now it has completely come undone on one side and wires have gotten loose. I suspect the monitor will be black before long. My advice, dont purchase this product. It is made of cheap plastic and clearly not built to last up to a year unless it is being used extremely sparingly

Great performance. I used it as a back up computer. The housing is so fragile. Poor quality plastic

LAPTOP HAS GOOD SPEED. VERY EASY TO GET IT STARTED

Started out as an excellent value. Never dropped or mishandled. After 17 months the left lid hinge broke and within a week the right hinge broke. Searched online and it is a common defect.

Acer normally has good products, I was very surprised by this one. The laptop came broken, the screen was not fully attached to the keyboard. The buttons werent labeled correctly. The materials felt cheap. The list keeps going. But Im glad I could return it easily and got a full refund!

I went to someone I always trust for tech recommendation: Americas Digital Goddess, Kim Komando, lol. Seriously, I went to her website (such GREAT recommendations and alerts!). To be honest, I did NOT have a lot to spend. ***I do not do gaming*** but needed fast processing. Didnt need a ton of space because Im putting everything on the cloud. Yep, lovin the Acer.

Came a day earlier than expected and is running very smoothly so far, I love it! I use it mainly for for sims and guild wars
