2X 17 mm Maymom Wide Neck Pump Parts Compatible with Spectra S1/S2 Pumps; Incl Wide Mouth Flanges; Not Original Spectra Flange; Replaces Spectra Shield (Two Small Flanges)

I previously ordered silicone flange inserts to size down existing flanges, but I had a hard time using them because I couldn’t see my nipple through them well enough to tell if it was centered or not. Since purchasing these, I don’t want to use the others even though they’re the same diameter. I replaced my duckbills at the same time as switching to these flanges, so I can’t say that it’s all due to these, but my milk output is SO much higher, and I can empty my breasts in much less time than I was previously. Highly recommend these.

✫ The only differences between these generic spectra flanges and the real Spectra flanges are cost and diameter. ✫ I thought I had large nipples, but it turns out theyre significantly smaller than the standard 24/25mm flanges included with every dang pump (Medela, Spectra, and Ameda). ✫ If youre having trouble with pain and output, I implore you to grab a ruler and measure your nipple diameter BEFORE pumping. If youre areola is being pulled into the flange during pumping, its too big. ✫ Using a caliper (the tool jewelers use to measure diameter), I found I was 14.5mm, so like 10mm less than the standard flange. Since switching to the 17mm flange, my output has increased and pain is non existent.

I was so excited to actually use a flange size that was right for me but when this arrived there was a hole in the package and the pink duckbill pieces were missing…. Flange works great but sucks to pay for something and not get all parts!

Perfect fit! Finally I’m not in pain when pumping! The flanges are not as big as OEM spectra but they actually fit my large breast better by being shorter

I have a Spectra S2 pump which came with 24 and 28 mm flanges. Well, after pumping with both sizes and suffering greatest, I realized my nipples were much SMALLER, and I therefore needed a smaller diameter of flange. The problem was that officially, Spectra’s smallest flange size is 20 mm, and even that was still too large! I’m sooooo happy I found these 17mm flanges—pumping is no longer excruciating, and I don’t dread it anymore! These flanges, despite being made by a 3rd party, fit all of my Spectra pump parts. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find smaller size flanges, as it seems the standard flanges are comically large, but I am very grateful a company has made smaller sizes, and I am very satisfied with these flanges!

I got the product maybe a month ago or so and I was loving it, helped pull more milk & was working for me but I keep the plastic part in my work bag at night So I can pump in the morning at work and my bad fell off a box it was sitting on not even 2 ft off the ground and was the smallest drop ever and the entire piece shattered into like 7 pieces with the slightest drop which kind of sucks since it was an expensive part but other than it seeming it broke kind of easy the part was great!

Once I got properly sized and ordered these pumping became a lot less stressful! They fit on my Spectra perfectly and have worked without a hitch since they arrived!

Spectra doesnt make smaller flange sizes, so I was thrilled to find this size from maymom. The quality is comparable to the original Spectra flanges. The smaller size fits so much better and makes pumping comfortable.

I have gotten several knockoff flanges as Im trying to find my best fit. My only complaint is at least I cannot personally see any numbers indicating the size they are. I can figure it out, but I have to closely compare. I wish it were just written on there. Otherwise great product

I ordered because I need the 17mm and that size is hard to find, but I just got these in and the tunnel is too short. I have elastic nipples so it doesnt work with the short tunnel. Disappointing.
