> 3 dayI needed a smaller flange size but unfortunately Spectra did not make 17mm. These work PERFECTLY with my Spectra S1 and have been so much more comfortable than the 24mm flanges the pump came with.

> 3 dayThese are great. I usually use another brand but I couldn’t find the 17mm in that brand. These work great with my Spectra S2 and NeNe Supply parts. I’ve used them every day for months now and they are still in perfect condition. My nipples can’t say the same…

> 3 dayWe wanted to be proactive. At the colostrum phase 17 mm appeared to be a good fit, AFTER the milk came in 24 mm became a good fit. 24 - 28 mm is also the most common size. You may not need to go smaller from what comes shipped with the Spectra. Wait a few days after the milk comes in and reevaluate.

> 3 dayJust as good as the ones that come with your pump but way better! It’s so nice to have one that fits properly, it has definitely helped with comfort and getting milk out! And yes it does fit on the spectra pump’s!

> 3 dayExclusive pumper here. Bought the 15mm - yes, actually need them this tiny. Definitely helped with draining the milk significantly faster so that was a win. But dang. The tunnels are SO short, I get sucked all the way down to the end so my nips are hitting the end. Not the answer for super elastic+skinny nips. Ouch!

> 3 dayI cant believe the smaller size flanges are so hard to come by. I would not recommend smaller than a 17, no matter the size of your nipples, because its impossible to center in a smaller flange. Ideally, I would probably use their very smallest size, but even a 15 was almost impossible to center a nipple in. This is just physics and nothing against them. I wash my flanges by hand, and they have always held up for the duration of my pumping journey.
