Greater than one weekThis is one of the favorites in our house. Light, funny, quirky, with a good soundtrack. Whats not to like? Better than most romantic comedies and with a bit better vocabulary as well. I recommend this to everyone I meet.

> 3 dayA rom com that a man can enjoy, starring the multi-talented Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the annoyingly quirky but cute Zooey Deschanel. To me, this was the film that made me say this JGL is a STAR. If you dont love the Hall&Oates scene, you have no soul. Highly recommended.

> 3 daythis is probably one of the most realistic love stories i have ever seen. first off, you cant help but love zooey deschanel in anything she does. especially in this movie, where she plays summer finn, a realistic woman who doesnt believe in love, who thinks believing in love is like believing in santa claus. and then theres her better half, tom hensen, who never thought he would meet the one until summer came along.

Greater than one weekAfter i watched this one evening on DVD i had to follow it with a real comedy to cheer myself up! This is not a comedy, neither is it romantic. There is no tangible chemistry between the leads, the film tries to be too clever too grown up. The gags are forced and the result feels somehow empty. And that is a shame because the leads are rather good. I would not recommend watching this if you need cheering up.

> 3 dayportrays the reality of relationships which is really refreshing considering most other movies show an idealized false depiction of love and romance

> 3 day(500) Days of Summer is a movie I can relate to. While watching it, many, many scenes felt very similar to past experiences, and I bet many guys (and maybe girls) will relate to as well. This movie has a different feel than the usual romantic comedy, where characters are put into situations that are unlikely to happen, and in some way, have created unrealistic expectations for people.
