    The build quality of this unit is amazing. It matches and fits perfectly with my A/V components. Although easy to use, I wish it had an instruction manual so I could have understood what the smart option was for instead of searching online. I also wish it wasnt as loud and that you could program RPM speed so it would ramp up slower as heat increased. Currently is ramps up too fast wheras it would be better if the fan started to spin up earlier at a slower speed so it would stay cooler and not have to spin up full blast when it starts to get warm. External temperature sensor would also be nice as well as a trigger input that am amp could connect to that would trigger it to turn on when the amp turns on.

    This product was used to cool an AVR that was running ‘hot’. It kept the temperature at 85degF consistently, but at higher fan speeds makes quite a bit of noise. The noise is not unobtrusive, but can be heard if the unit is

    I installed this item less than a week ago. In 6 days the fan failure alert started beeping and blinking, by looking at the underside of the item i could see 1 of the 3 fans was not working. im just starting the return process. Ill update with the results.

    This thing works great - I have a Denon receiver in my media closet, and it would frequently overheat and shut off after just a few minutes of use. With this fan on top of it, I can use the receiver all day long without any overheating problems. The fan is so quiet I barely know its there.

    Running this cooler above a Marantz 6011 in a closed door cabinet and vents in the rear. Temp has yet to exceed 87 degrees. Very happy so far!
