I was able to replace two, seven port powered hubs that APPEARED to be working ok. As soon as I got the new hub onto the Mac all the drives started behaving. What else is there to say?

Died after 2 months. Lights on, won’t charge anything. Cables are good, will work with other chargers.

Used this for updating and restoring multiple iPhones. We notice it gets warm/hot to the touch if we try updating more than 7 iPhones at a time. 7 and under performs perfectly. We bought a second one and performs the exact same way, so we keep it below 7 at a time.

Has 16 usb ports with individual switches to turn each port on or off. No discernible heat build up. Great all around product.

It all works. No problems.. just know when their all on the light led fades off instead of instantly turning off.

I replaced a little 8 extension 2.0 strip with this. Could not be happier plugged into a 3.0 slot.

Great customer support is always appreciated. 4 ports on my hub died, and a replacement was expedited to me no questions asked. Overall happy with the product, it definitely made my USB organization easier.

The power cable can easily be pulled out causing all your USB peripherals to turn off A simple design to make it a bayonet stick it in and twist on plastic will solve this problem but that wouldve cost 2¢ extra.

Im using this with a beefy Lenovo Tiny mounted under my desk, which is a great computer but short on USB ports. Stuck heavy-duty Velcro on the back of the hub and it under my desk behind the Tiny where it handles all the additional USB stuff. Performance has been great so far!
