Overall this is a good basic laptop. Nothing shines but nothing is off either. I did notice that the keyboard felt a bit off until I got used to it, I think different companies use slightly different templates for keyboards. Not a huge adjustment but noticeable when I first started using it. No bells, no whistles but a great starter or travel laptop that does the job.

I literally shopped around for about a month in a half before I came across this beautiful item. me I am a tattoo artist and a digital artist so of course I had to make sure whatever device I got met the needs of both. and I must say this really takes the cake. it was easy setting up and fast. it arrived on time and packaged with care unlike anything ive received before. I mean whatelse can I say. the processing time is amazing. its just truly amazing lol.

Its a good laptop if you dont listen to music for prolonged periods of time, or edit videos. My speakers crackle every once in a while, and its something internal. Sometimes the sound has gone out completely, but thats rare. Theres a tiny dead spot somewhere in the trackpad. The battery life isnt that long. For a laptop manufactured in October 2020, I would expect better quality than this. Then again, its only $370, so maybe I shouldnt have expected too much.

This computer is PERFECT. I ordered a 4gb stick of RAM to upgrade it and it is fast! The boot up time is instant, and playing basic games there is no lag. It is very light and I can use it in bed without it heating up quickly. Ive only had HP laptops in the past and this Acer beats every one of them by far and is half the price! Im recommending this to ALL of my friends and family. If you are debating it, do it, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful light weight, easy maneuver, sleek. I wanted to purchase the MacBook air but it was not in the budget. This was a very appropriate choice. Its fast, the display is beautiful, its easy to use and well worth the price.

Perfect for a student. Its fairly snappy. Just add some more storage if you need it and your good to go.

This laptop had problems the minute I started the setup. Most of the issues were with Windows 10, but the processor was slow as well. After several hours of useless effort on my part, I called Acer Support. They were helpful, but after more than an hour, unable to resolve the issues. I was ultimately directed to reset the system. Needless to say, the problems didnt bode well and I sent this disaster of a machine back.
