I did not leave a review for the gaming function as I only use this monitor for work. It is clear, easy to move and serves the purpose. I would purchase again.

I had ordered this monitor based on its price and product photos, which repeatedly declared that this was a curved 21:9 QHD+ (3840 x1600) monitor. For $200, thats an astounding deal.

All the positives are in the great looking display, intuitive OSD menu that is controlled by the rear joystick and vertical array of selection buttons (I didnt find it necessary to read the manual), up/down/tilt/swivel stand and solid base, zero-edge screen. I replaced an old Dell 24 UW FHD display and am using this Acer 28 as an extended monitor with my 27 iMac. I cant quite get the colors to match, no matter what color profile combo I use. I settled on using sRGB for both (suits my needs very well and colors are so close that most people wouldnt notice). The one and only downside I give this monitor is that it takes about 60 secs to sync the signal when I wake up my Mac. I dont know how it acts as a standalone monitor or as an extended dual display on Windows. Nonetheless, I would absolutely buy another and would recommend this monitor to everyone.

El monitor es excelente y de gran tamaño con una calidad de imagen increíble, mi única queja o sugerencia a quien compre este monitor es que se tienen problemas de interoperabilidad con equipos MAC, compre dos monitores y en ocaciones de desaparecen las aplicaciones y la única forma de volver a acceder a estas es reiniciándolos. Quitando este tema, muy buen producto.

Have not fully explore the monitor features but like what I have seen so far.

Cant hook it up until the HDMI cable comes in. Such a hassle and it is inconvenient. Why doesnt ACER throw in a HDMI cable? It costs ACER less than a dollar but provides convenience to consumers.

Great monitor. Just no sound out, but that was my mistake for not reading that.

I got this for a work from home setup. Picture quality is good. The stand is really sturdy, and I like the ability to adjust height and rotate (between landscape and portrait).
