> 24 hourI purchased the Acer Chromebook in October 2020 for my 11 yr old granddaughters online school. It worked for a few months then keyboard would not work. After shipping it back for repair, it still did not work. The same problem persists. They want it shipped back again for repair instead of replacing it. I was told it was not their policy to replace. This is extremely poor customer service. There is no guarantee is it will be repaired the second time and she has been without a computer for months! The inconvenience and cost is ridiculous. Do NOT buy this product.
