I bought this years ago for college and it was simply amazing! I dont use it now but my sister does and it still works like the day I bought it.

Did not work right out of the box.

The battery is never fully charged. Very disappointed with the chromebook

We purchased this to replace a laptop that died on us earlier this year. My son uses Chromebooks in school so we thought this would be a good fit for his school work and our casual use. We are not gamers, dont store pictures on our computers and typically use our phones or tablets for web browsing. When I received the item, the setup was extremely quick and simple. It is light but feels sturdy. The exterior has a textured finish so it doesnt feel slippery. I dont know how long it will last or how long it will suit our needs but for the price, Im willing to give it a try.

Works great. BUT...7 months into purchase, some of the keys on the keyboard stopped functioning. I got the machine repaired by Acer under the 1 year warranty. No issues there, but I did have to pay to ship it to them.

Amazon! Do not get rid of this product unless theres an upgrade. My daughter absolutely loves this product. For what it can do and for the price. Its a dam good product. I myself want to buy this. Its kinda of small but worth it for what my daughter 16 is going to use it for.

Bought this at best buy for a black Friday sale. Chrome OS error within 6 hours of ownership. Googles recovery tool doesnt work to repair the issues it should. Apparently these models often suffer from hardware issues - particularly the SSD. Wont be purchasing another acer or chromebook product for the foreseeable future.

Works great. Very nice to have a touch screen with flexibility to be a laptop and tablet. Good battery life. Wish I hadnt gotten white. Didnt know other options existed. Good price though.
