> 3 dayProduct was great. Runs fast and can handle games. Only had if for a few days and now the screen is black? Keyboard lights up but nothing on screen. I’ve tried turning it off and back on. And tried just waiting but nothing.

> 3 dayThe Acer Nitro 5 is really the best bang for your buck gaming laptop on the market right now. If you cant afford to spend crazy money on a specd out gaming laptop this is the way to go. Even though this is not a 10th gen processor I would bet you will never know the difference. Its powerful and fast and has run pretty much any game I have thrown at it with no slowdown. The Geforce GTX 1650 is a perfect complement to this processor. Sure you wont be able to run the highest 4k specs but since this is not a 4k screen you dont need to. With this Full HD screen and this processor/GPU combo you will be able to run games smoothly and at a graphical level that is able to take advantage of this screen resolution. The screen is really nice. Bright and good colors. Hard Drive and Ram are perfect for this price/performance combo and those are probably the easiest things to upgrade yourself so if you want more RAM or a larger hard drive its actually pretty simple to upgrade yourself. The other thing I like is that this laptop just looks cool. Pull it out in Starbucks and people know you mean business! :-). Overall a highly recommended gaming laptop at this price point!

Greater than one weekWebcam stopped working one day & can’t find the driver. IT couldn’t fix it either… touch screen doesn’t exist, not sure why that’s a metric. Screen quality is good. Battery life is fine until you’ve had it for a year. I don’t leave my laptop on the charger & definitely not when I’m using it…. The battery life has still decreased significantly

> 3 dayI’ve had the PC for little over a year now and it’s already giving a “No Bootable Device,” error. Before that the PC would get hot fast. The keys turn off in under 30 seconds. I would have thought it’d last at least a few years before I had to get a new one but you get what you paid for. I would recommend purchasing a better PC from different seller and manufacturer.
