Product was great. Runs fast and can handle games. Only had if for a few days and now the screen is black? Keyboard lights up but nothing on screen. I’ve tried turning it off and back on. And tried just waiting but nothing.

Gift to my granddaughter. She says she loves it. The other questions she would have to answer.

Very well made and comes with many programs that alone would cost more money.

Is a decent little laptop for a starter it was easy to upgrade plus the room for the extra nvme and hard drive was nice plus the fact that it has an Nvidia 1650 GTX or RTX I dont remember is actually pretty decent giving the fact that I like to play my VR games PC VR which after upgrading the ram it is allowed to 8 gigabytes of RAM definitely needs to be upgraded immediately only suggestion I have people who buy it also I would suggest putting in at least some more storage otherwise durable decent easy connectivity

It says this is a Gaming Laptop its not, it can even run games from a few years ago. It struggles and crashes all the time.

The system is fast, but the keyboard layout is horrible and not very responsive. The keys arent soft and I have to hit the keys more than once frequently. Im gonna get arthritis with this crap.

Appreciate how little extra fluff is included with the package.

Ya tenia mucho tiempo buscando una laptop para mi, busque entre muchas opciones que se enfocaran en el gaming y esta laptop fue la ganadora y GRAN ACIERTO, juego que pruebo juego que va de maravilla.

After a couple of months of usage, I noticed some noise issue with the fan. Now its been 2 years the fan is crackling like there is no tomorrow, this product is officially worthless as I can use it in a productive environment. I dont mind the expense as its only $700, but good lord focus on quality.

I bought 2 of these for my kids and they are great. Fast for normal games, great for school work, and great for videos. Seller shipped quickly and these were brand new. Still sealed in the box. I did add 8g more Ram but have not had any issues at all....very happy with this laptop!
