> 3 dayTo start off, I am more than satisfied with this monitor, especially being at only $300 (or $255 at the time I purchased it on prime day). It arrived the next day and in full working order. It was easy to set up and dialing down the settings is very simple. This is my first monitor, so I am not able to really compare it to other monitors. Im too used to 4k gaming to go back to 1080p, but I wanted higher framerates as well, so I concluded that 1440p was a good balance for me. Only considering this monitor, there were no dead pixels, and there is a bit of backlight bleed, but thats to be expected with IPS panels. The 144 Hz is silky smooth, though there is a bit of ghosting, but I cant really notice unless Im testing for it. The HDR works well, but not as well as my Vizio V-series 4k HDR TV. Its still better than SDR. However, I will always choose the higher framerate over slightly better HDR. Also, enabling HDR limits framerate to 120, but thats also just barely noticeable. I havent tested for input lag, but I can assure you its very low, even with HDR on. I notice very little difference in the response time with HDR on vs off. The monitor has an ultra low latency mode that sets it to 1ms. One thing that I wish this monitor had was more image settings with HDR enabled. When I turn on HDR, I cant customize the contrast or brightness or color any further to fit my preferred settings. Again, the HDR 400 works well, but I wish it was a bit better. Another strange problem I had was enabling the HDR in some games. More specifically, Fallen Order and Shadow of War. For some reason, the HDR just looks bad for both of these games. Ive adjusted picture settings in game and on my pc as best as I can and it still looks like SDR. I know it isnt the PC or the games because both of these games looked beautiful on the 4k TV I have, but not on this monitor. That being said, other games look fantastic with HDR. Destiny 2, Metro: Exodus, and others look just as amazing as they did on the TV. I dont know why this problem is happening, but its something to consider when looking at this monitor. The HDR on this monitor is hit or miss with some games. If you arent a super competitive gamer who needs the lowest possible response time, or youre on a budget, or both, this monitor will work well for you. Despite my issues with the HDR, I still think this monitor is a great deal for 1440p gaming. Of course you could surely get a better monitor for $400-500, but this is a good balance for a lightly competitive gamer on a budget. So I give it 4 stars for overall quality, but 5 stars considering its price.

> 3 daySo I bought this for my Xbox series X. I did a lot of research on what quality I could get for a fair price, and this is what I came up with. Honestly I’ve never had something better than a GC so I have nothing to compare it to. I’m sure I couldn’t spent more money to get something a lot more crisp. But I think the picture looks great and does the job for what I paid for it. Honestly it could be a lot better with a gaming PC but like I said I’ll have to find that out later. I haven’t had any problems with the screen or how it functions. The brightness kind of bleeds into the corners like some people have said, but you don’t really notice unless the screen is completely black or it’s a dark environment. But honestly I figured out if I have it at the right height and angle relative to how high I am sitting, it fixes that issue for the most part. Overall if you’re looking for a better picture quality and a lot better refresh rate over a tv without giving an arm and a leg up, I would highly recommend this monitor. The only problem I had was the monitor doesn’t click into the stand for some reason so it’s just kind of hooked onto it. But I’m sure I could fix it if I actually took the time to look at it. As long as you have it on a flat surface that does rock to extreme angles then it should be alright.

> 3 dayThe title says it all. I bought 2 of them and dont have a problem at all. It has been a few months already and display has been working very well. No dead pixels at all and the quality of the monitors are so good. Definity worth the money and replacement. I use the Display Port option and the quality is amazing. Acer brand is a great company that makes the best monitors.

> 3 dayMoving from a 144hz to 240hz I really did notice a difference, especially in games like Fortnite. I think this monitor is one of the first for newer 240hz monitors at a lower price point, I got on sale for $300 which I think is the long term price point for this class of product.

> 3 dayIve used this monitor for roughly a year and have no complaints other then the HDR looking a bit dull and the brightness being quite poor. I recently bought an ROG monitor and Im blown away with the difference in response and picture quality. If you can find this for a really good deal 150-200$ it would be worth it I suppose, but just pay the 300$ for the Asus.

> 3 dayJust received the Monitor, only had it for a few hours but its stunning compared to my former 60hz 1080p monitor. The display quality is excellent and my xbox and PC both output 2k @ 120hz perfectly. I knocked a single start down due to the max brightness not being as bright as I wanted, but otherwise this monitor is a fantastic price.

> 3 daytl:dr- For you more modest or humble setup, this is your monitor. The least bloated option for when you simply just want a great monitor to meet a variety of gaming needs. Out of the box it will take a lot of toying to configure the perfect cornea burning experience. You can save profiles which I really dont care about as well as a wealth of other options you might want to google unless youre experienced or enthusiast level. Its expansion port can also give you 2x USB 3.0 out of one with is a nice cherry on to. A bit heavy, most new monitors are, rounded stand takes up a bit of space. Higher smoother frames always beat out a 4k experience on my book unless you and your buddies want a full couch gaming experience or a home theater gaming experience.

> 3 dayI found that setting this gaming monitor up, was really easy and nothing really to it. You only get an HDMI cable with this though, no DisplayPort cable. Color on this is BEAUTIFUL! HDR feature seems to work its magic, vibrant colors! The 1440p resolution is just borderline of what Id accept, anything less feels like I dont get that crisp picture. The 144hz refresh, is also works well. I dont see any ghosting, and the game feels and looks so smooth! Amazing picture resolution AND color = outstanding quality. The blacks really do look dark and amazing. The bad about this is the speakers. Quality is not great and it isnt loud. Either way, I never use the built in speakers because I have my own speaker and headphones I use that already has amazing sound. I would highly RECOMMEND if you are looking for a good monitor, or just on a budget. The best monitor I have had. Why pay more for anything else when this is all youll need! And nah they did not pay me for this. I just love this monitor so much already and it has been like 2 days. Lol If anything should go bad, Im editing this ASAP.

> 3 dayDecent affordable 1440 monitor with a nice refresh rate. Biggest issue is the IPS glow makes this unusable for working with dark images, videos, etc. Its not the worse I have seen, but when I have this next to my K272HL its very noticeable.
