I disliked the cooling system, it cannot keep up with high graphic games such as Ark Survival Evolved and Riders of Icarus, I have a separate cooling system but it’s so far not working very well, I’m hoping to grab a high powered one soon. I recommend liquid cooling systems. As you can tell, I’m using the laptop for mostly gaming purposes. Everything else on the laptop is great! Haven’t tried out everything though.

Im sure that I just happened to get a dud, but I barely have used it since I got it because the screen flickers whenever I run anything on it. I can only game for 20 minutes at a time.

A decent gaming laptop when new, the cooling fans failed after less than a year of use, and due to the poor quality screws that came stripped from the factory, my toolkit couldnt remote the parts needed to repair the fans by cleaning or replacing them. Although the components themselves are reasonable, the middling QA means that if something does go wrong, and with laptops thats often the case, then youre stuck with a paperweight.

I dislike this leptop because it’s going to sleep after few minutes of using. I turned off all sleep settings and it’s still going to sleep.

Overall the laptop looks very well put together, the hardware was a great value. However even on the first day after using it for a little while the laptop runs at temperatures near 100 degrees Celsius. Purchased myself a cooling tray to attempt to resolve the issue and it still runs extremely hot. Acer is completely unwilling to resolve the issue without sending the laptop out of state, which would leave me without the device for 2 weeks. I dont recommend purchasing this laptop unless youre looking for a portable furnace, Id look to other laptops.

The material that they use to make this laptop is not strong and you can crack the screen quite easily just opening and closing the laptop.

Anytime I’d play just about any game for 5-10 minutes the cpu would gets up to around 99 degrees Celsius and I’m no scientist but I don’t think that should be happening.

It is good no laptop but it had some problems also under two lights on the backside of the laptop they are not going to turn on and the battery is not working more than three hours Im not playing games Im just using Microsoft office and video editors in with that it is working only three hours of battery life so Im not happy with the battery and other work is all good and the boating is very fast, Acer must improve more than this

I love this computer! I am not a huge gamer but it is perfect for what I use it for.

Dont buy this product. It overheats and slows down to an unusable degree. It was fine for the first few days but then I couldnt even browse on the web. I used it for easy Lightroom and Photoshop photo editing tasks and it couldnt even handle that. My desktop Ryzen 3 performs better then this terrible machine. Why have all the power and not fine tune the heating issues, Acer? Dont waste your time. If you need a work station, stick with building a desktop computer.
