Greater than one weekIt isnt clear why this is called a 3 in 1 tool as it seems to have only two functions. It removes SOME of the old caulk and then smooths the new caulk. The fixed and non-replaceable cutting blade is rather wide so it does not get deep into the gap between tiles. In trying to get it to get more (enough) of the old caulk I applied too much pressure resulting in scaring the top of the tub. I had hoped the tool would allow one to remove all the caulk by digging deep into the tile gap. I had to resort to using a small screwdriver for that important function. The second function for the tool is to smooth the new caulk. This entails using a rubber foot which has 3, yes 3, different angles. My guess is that this is the 3 in 3 in 1. The smoothing tool works almost as well as a wet finger but saves you from the horror of having caulk on your finger. :-) I was not able to get the cute smooth tool to get a good curve in the corners so resorted to using my finger and finally just went back to finger everywhere which was faster and easier to control - for me anyway. This is a typical Chinese product with very little useful information about usage. The usage information is in the attached image. The construction of the tool is good. It would have been better if the cutting blade angle was more acute so the blae would go into the tile gaps.

> 3 dayI’ve recaulked a tub before, but not nearly as smoothly as the way it went this time. This tool worked great to remove all the caulk. I didn’t actual expect it to work, but I figured it was cheap enough to be worth a try. I’m glad I got it. It actually went so well that i offered to recaulk my mother’s tub.

> 3 dayI ordered this tool to help me tighten up the caulk I was putting in my house and it works really well. Its really easy to clean and the other parts of the tool like the scraper and caulk remover also work great! As a side note the first tool I ordered actually came broken. I requested a new one and it was sent to me within 3 days. I was honestly surprised and grateful it was handled so quickly!

> 3 dayIt requires a bit of effort & learning, but is overall easy to use well. I used this to clean out old caulk & apply new caulk for 3 bathrooms for a customer. When I finished, the customer said it looked like her bathroom with garden tub had been totally remodeled! The scrapers worked very well & cut down the work time by half or more. I tried all 3 sizes on the caulk smoother & settled on the biggest as I felt it left the appropriate amount of material.

Greater than one weekThis tool is seriously AMAZING. I dont say that about many things, but this little tool truly is amazing. We bought 2 of these, one for my mother , and one for me, for some remodel projects. It works Great, perfect caulk lines everytime, its super easy to clean, and it has a caulk removal tool on the other side. If you are caulking now or in the future , invest a few dollars in this tool, seriously such a life saver.

Greater than one weekIts ok to remove caulking but it is not as wonderful/easy as they say on the product page. The triangle thing to smooth out caulking is good.

> 3 dayThis product worked as stated but I was able to get the same results with my finger. This caulk tool was more difficult to clean than my hands after use. I think I will keep this as a back up but most likely I’ll just continue using my finger to flatten caulk beads. In my opinion it isn’t worth it’s low price because I was able to achieve the same results without the tool. It was easy to use, hard to clean and I could get the job done without it.
