> 3 dayFast delivery. I re-enforced below the scraper end with tape. I couldnt believe how easy it is to remove the old grout. Its a job I hate to do but this little tool made it so much easier. I have arthritis in both hands and it was not aggravated by using this tool. I removed the black rubber end for a thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend this product to help refresh your grouting.

Greater than one weekThe caulk spreader is fabulous! The caulk scraper is great. But the metal head did become a little loose when I was digging out some particularly strong caulking

> 3 dayI ordered this tool to help me tighten up the caulk I was putting in my house and it works really well. Its really easy to clean and the other parts of the tool like the scraper and caulk remover also work great! As a side note the first tool I ordered actually came broken. I requested a new one and it was sent to me within 3 days. I was honestly surprised and grateful it was handled so quickly!

> 3 dayI’ve recaulked a tub before, but not nearly as smoothly as the way it went this time. This tool worked great to remove all the caulk. I didn’t actual expect it to work, but I figured it was cheap enough to be worth a try. I’m glad I got it. It actually went so well that i offered to recaulk my mother’s tub.

Greater than one weekUsed it to regroup bathroom tile and ceiling, great spongee tool but it is harder to clean and not that comfortable to use over long time, wish there were some finger groove indents cut out.

> 3 dayHad a hard time with this tool. If your caulk is loose and easy to pull off this tool works good. If the caulk is really stuck it’s almost impossible to use.

> 3 dayIt isnt clear why this is called a 3 in 1 tool as it seems to have only two functions. It removes SOME of the old caulk and then smooths the new caulk. The fixed and non-replaceable cutting blade is rather wide so it does not get deep into the gap between tiles. In trying to get it to get more (enough) of the old caulk I applied too much pressure resulting in scaring the top of the tub. I had hoped the tool would allow one to remove all the caulk by digging deep into the tile gap. I had to resort to using a small screwdriver for that important function. The second function for the tool is to smooth the new caulk. This entails using a rubber foot which has 3, yes 3, different angles. My guess is that this is the 3 in 3 in 1. The smoothing tool works almost as well as a wet finger but saves you from the horror of having caulk on your finger. :-) I was not able to get the cute smooth tool to get a good curve in the corners so resorted to using my finger and finally just went back to finger everywhere which was faster and easier to control - for me anyway. This is a typical Chinese product with very little useful information about usage. The usage information is in the attached image. The construction of the tool is good. It would have been better if the cutting blade angle was more acute so the blae would go into the tile gaps.

> 3 dayOverall very nice little tool that serves multiple functions, but in corners, some parts are in the way so it cant be properly used. Hard to solve design issue...
