These pills really did surpass my expectation. They are big but slick and easy to swallow. I was surprised. What I like most is they do not have a aftertaste. I take them first thing in the morning. I have not gotten strep throat or a sinus infection like I usually do around this time of year and my skins texture and complex has gotten much smoother and clearer. The pills also seem to give me all day energy so thats definitely a plus. I will be purchasing these often. Thanks

I take l-lysine with a plethora of other supplements to keep my joints and ligaments and what not in good shape. I’ve had troubles in the past with tendinitis, slipped disks, and other sports related injuries. I like to work out and I’m very active. I attribute my recent success in avoiding injury and sickness to my current supplement cocktail, which this is a part of. Good stuff.

These are really big pills. Too big. Good value for money, yet I doubt I will re-order because of the size of the pills. And I still have a full bottle remaining.....

Specifically bought for quantity vs price and check that the product is to standard. Not really sure how it is affecting me yet but I got recommended this product.

A friend suggested I take this to reduce the frequency of cold sore outbreaks (herpes simplex) on my lips or near the mouth. Since Ive been taking it (according to directions on the bottle) I rarely get an outbreak (maybe 1 or 2 per year) and when I do, it is only 1 or 2 blisters, not the huge clusters I previously experienced. I really recommend this product!

I use this when feeling a bit under the weather... and will pop a few to build up resistance. Maybe this is anecdotal info... but I use this and dont get sick like I normally would.
