I am 66 years old and find my immune system is not what it used to be. My last flu shot gave me more problems that I ever had in my life. I searched on immune system, and started using these pills. I have many allergies that bother me year round. I settled on 4 a day and have noticed a difference, but am still in the wait and see area. Many people have a problem with the size of these pills. They are smaller and have a coating to help swallowing, than the 3 1000mg Ester C pills I also take daily. When I was having a problem getting my Ester C huge pills down, I was advised by a coworker to use warm to hot water when taking my daily pills, and that has made a big difference. I take the pills that bother me most as the first of the day, and I dont have any problem with the rest. Not panicking helps too. I will probably keep using these, along my Ester C, until my next flu shot.

I guess this is good. What I expected.

I use this when feeling a bit under the weather... and will pop a few to build up resistance. Maybe this is anecdotal info... but I use this and dont get sick like I normally would.

Those of us who suffer with immune deficiencies and everything this supplement is supposed to help with are eager for help. Amino acids are lacking in most of us today. It is difficult to rate the efficacy of any supplement until time goes by. This consumer hopes it helps. We will see. I will update the review if I see signs of improvement with the issues it is being used for. For now I rate it 4*

Nice product! They work great for me! The pill may be a bit too big for some people but they are really easy to break in half. Give them a try!

This is the only brand I can take that really works for me. I have really bad mouth ulcers. If I have one coming in it never gets bad goes away in about 2or3 days. I used to have them for 3 weeks before they were gone. They were very painful. I never hurt anymore. They are a little hard to swallow. But because they help I’ve learned to keep trying. They need to put a crease in them so I can cut them in half easy.

This stuff changed my life for the better! I take it faithfully every day, and if more people knew about all the amazing things it does for the body they would save thousands on doctor bills. If you even THINK youre getting sick...rush over and grab this out of your cabinet and take it...your body will probably be able to fight off whatever it is...better yet, just take it every day and BE HAPPY.

I usually use a different brand of L-Lysine to help heal cold sores. I saw this one and noticed it cost less than my usual brand and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas brand. I highly recommend it.

We take just as a cold preventative, but our friends use daily. It does seem to ward of colds for us and/or help recovery a lot quicker. Our friends, twins in their 70s, are amazing physical specimens. Maybe we should take it every day?
