> 3 dayI got this Amazon Basics Smart 3-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip with 2 USB Ports to use in my home office for my laptop and two desk lights. The two USB ports are handy when I want to charge my phone, smartwatch, or other devices (without taking up the plug space). It has a long power cord (3.5 feet in length) so it is easy to route it around furniture. I absolutely love that this works with Alexa - it only took a few minutes to set up (the only lag was my phone recognizing the Bluetooth device). Ive labeled each plug in Alexa so that I can turn off the individual plug outlets when I so desire (to save energy too). I also love that the powerstrip is surge protected so I can rest assured that my electronic devices are protected. I love that there is extra space between the three outlets, so there is room for the bulkier plugs (light certain lights have). I love this so much that I have purchased another one for my kitchen.

> 3 dayI like this power strip because each plug is addressable from Alexa. The USB ports are _not_ addressable however. Also there really aren’t enough outlets. It would be better to have 5 or 6 outlets than 3. This works like the Amazon Plug and it’s easy to setup. If I need another solution like this I’ll buy again for sure.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and works great right out of the box. Im not usually good at that sort of thing and have had trouble with other products that were supposed to work this way and therefore gave up. My only complaint is the green indicator lights are VERY bright. I use this in my bedroom so Ive had to cover them to be able to sleep.

Greater than one weekPurchased two strips. Was excited to use this product for my indoor Christmas decorations and tree. Arrived on time, everything was as pictured online. Integrating with Alexa was very simple. Worked as expected the first week, then 1 of the 2 strips began to be unresponsive at least once every 2 weeks. I would have to unplug, wait a few seconds, then replug so Alexa could recognize. Now my second strip is doing the same thing. Works great when it works. Will most likely not be purchasing this product again, and I do not endorse its purchase to others.

Greater than one weekOk have tried various off brands and some work soso and some not at all. This one was seen quickly and automatically and working in seconds My only gripe is it’s ONLY three plugs. Really!? Works great otherwise. Also wish the USB’s were controlled separately

Greater than one weekIf there is a corner in your house that needs multiple outlets and you want to control the appliances separately, this is the perfect solution. I can’t go back to the days without it. Only concern is I can’t use Alexa when internet is down.

> 3 dayI was not sure if was a single controller and so was pleasantly surprised that it has 3 distinct controller. Plugged it in, Alexa recognized all three and except that I had to crawl under the desk to figure out which circuit was which, a breeze to set up.

> 3 dayI love the convenience however multiple times it has lost connection out of nowhere and I have to re sync it completely to get any of the plugs working

> 3 dayI have been having problems with the USB ports on the power strip. They just randomly stop working and the only way to get them back to working is to unplug the strip from the wall and then re-plug it in. This has now happened 3 or 4 times in the course of a month or so. Power-cycling at the strip itself doesnt appear to clear the issue, have to unplug it from the wall. Is anyone else seeing issues like this?
