AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

Great stability and good cooling temps. I am super happy with 3700x. I had Ryzen 5 3400G and was much slower on uploading files for gaming. Works out of box after modification and drivers were installed. Got it up to 4400GHz just to test out for about and the temp stood at 38c-40c with 6 fans and no water cooling. I then changed it back to 3600GHz. I definitely recommend this one and the heat sink is a bit bulky but doesnt interfere with any of the other parts. The fan can put out any color I just used the connector attached to it. Thank you AMD and Amazon fast delivery and great CPU for another few years. It is currently working on my MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS.

I upgraded from the R5 1600x on a B350 motherboard to the R7 3700x with the B450 MSI Carbon Gaming with an NZXT Kraken x73 AIO with 360mm rad, and kept my 1080Ti on both systems. I set up the board, CPU and RAM as a test bench first with the standard AMD Wraith cooler, after using Flashback on the MSI Bios to install a 3000 series compatible Bios on the B450 chipset.

ordered a few days ago it arrived this morning, heatsink fan was in the box but there was no processor in there! absolutely ridiculous!

Been using for 3 months now, makes the world of difference! Love it.

À la base je voulais acheter un Intel Core i7 10700, mais au vu des perf/prix pour mon utilisation(Et aussi du ventirad inclus) jai penché cette vois ci pour AMD et ce magnifique 3700x (au moment de lachat il était moins cher).

A installer sur une carte mère X570 pour bénéficier de toutes les fonctionnalités de boost automatique.

However just because I experienced no issues doesnt mean you 100% wont. Its the worst thing about buying tech, it either works or it doesnt. You have to make sure your mobo is supporting ryzen 3000 without any issues. Some will still buy mobos with support for 3000 series cpus but you will still experience issues until everything is 100% sorted out. if you want zero issues i recommend getting an x570 mobo and ram from the qvl list.

so far it seems to work but, pc takes longer to boot and sometimes when i accidentally knock the pc it freezes which it never did before installing this, seems to be all there though from running bios etc

Built an awesome pc and this core was just the perfect choice
