AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

This processor is definitely not bad, but it does NOT live up to the hype. Firstly, I want to get this out of the way. AMDs wraith prism cooler is hot (literally) garbage. Its barely able to cool the process effectively, especially when boosting is enabled, not to mention it is EXCESSIVELY loud. If you really want this processor, budget for a good aftermarket cooler.

I got this to upgrade and aging FX8350 that was still going strong, but felt dated. Wasnt expecting a significant difference but there sure was one. For the money I cant believe how powerful this processor is. I only occasionally do light gaming, so I dont know how much it can really handle, but I do video editing with Vegas Pro software and this has no problem keeping up. Paired this processor with an MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk and am very happy with the build. I did end up tossing out the included wraith stealth cooler, It was too loud and didnt do the best job. The cooler is good enough, but not good. AMD has yet to disappoint me, this is no exception.

Comes with thermal paste preapplied and a stock cooler, cuts costs if you are looking for efficiency in your budget. The only thing is Ryzens heat to scarey levels so make sure you have some good cooling in place if you are using it for gaming.

It is a perfect pair with my rx570 but it dose tend to get very hot sometimes during gaming but overall great product.

O processador é simplesmente excelente, nem precisei mexer nas configurações de overclocking dele, pois só a performance base dele já é absurda. Além disso, ele acompanha o cooler RGB da AMD fica lindíssimo no setup e uma ótima opção de resfriamento se você não tiver como investir em um Water Cooler.

Had a used processor come in the mail, the box all dented and ripped. The processor had 4 pins all bent and broke. Called customer service right away and got a replacement within 2 days. Got the new one all sealed up and untouched. Got everything together and man does this processor kick butt! I use to have intel i7 8700. I can tell the difference between the two. Besides this processor idling a little warmer then intel. I’d buy another one before going back to intel.
