Aurifil A1050-2024 Mako Cotton Thread Solid 50WT 1422Yds White

I love this thread! It doesn’t fray and there is plenty on the spool to finish a project.

This is the best thread. I was using a known brand from Joann Fabrics, but this beats it hands down. It doesnt create dust and seems to last longer.

It is the best thread for sewing quilt pieces together, it is strong and does not lint up my machine.

Just started using it. I like very much that its all cotton and dont have to change the spool so many times.

This thread keeps breaking every time I go to sew, it snaps. Idk if this is authentic Aurifil or if it’s so old it’s become weak and brittle. Definitely do not recommend buying it from this seller. This is the first time I’ve tried Aurifil but I’ve heard so many rave reviews about it that this couldn’t possibly be how it normally is.

I was very disappointed; I had to rethread my Brother sewing machine at least 10 times after using this for the 1st time. I changed my needle, etc. and the tread breaking continued. Perhaps a bad batch.

This thread sucks. I thought I was being silly for reading thread reviews, but apparently not. It breaks like crazy and is bad quality. I switched back to my usual brand and will not be going back.
