# My Review This review is for Aveeno’s Baby Soothing Hydration Creamy Oil for Dry and Sensitive Skin, 5 Fl. Oz. As someone who’s had and continues to have extremely dry skin, irritations, rashes, eczema, and psoriasis, I’m always on the lookout for new creams, gels, Vaseline based products to help prevent and reduce the problem whatever it is. Therefore, I’m always curious to try new options to experience the benefits these’ll bring to my overall well-being. My doctor and dermatologist also recommended to use fragrance free, organic, free from chemicals type of solutions in order to minimize the reactions that are often triggered when I use certain types of products. So, when I saw this cream and even though it’s marketed for babies, I thought I’d give it a try! For what it’s worth, the Aveeno brand is Pediatrician and Dermatologist recommended. First of all, the cream comes in a tube that has a flip top lid and once opened, there’s a small sized hole for the cream to squeeze out of. It’s worth noting that there’s a tamper proof seal that should be removed before use. Needless to say, with the viscosity of the cream being similar to that of a lotion, it dispenses cleanly without much pressure. The cream is very light and once applied thins out over the skin - a small amount is sufficient enough to spread out evenly. As described, the cream has 100% pure oat oil that’s known to strengthen the skins moisture barrier, vitamin E which has antioxidant properties to improve the skin, and, dimethicone as a skin protectant. So far, the cream works as described! I was skeptical at first as I’ve tried all kinds of creams, moisturizers, and ointments that have been so-so; however, using this cream did provide some decent short-term relief. The oil-based formulation has been good for preventing dry, rough, scaly and itchy skin. It’s been gentle on the skin, moisturizes to hydrate & protect and isn’t sticky or tacky – it didn’t leave a greasy residue. Overall, this is a good type of cream from a well-known brand that helps combat dry skin by hydrating, moisturizing and protecting while making it easy to apply. A small amount goes along way and it feels just right on the skin. So far, I like it, but time will tell on its complete effectiveness …. That said, I can recommend this to anyone whose got dry skin problems too! ** Thanks for reading my review! El producto llegó con fecha de caducidad muy pronta, solo tengo 4 meses para usarla. Lo normal sería que me llegara un producto de por lo menos 11 meses para su caducidad.

This is a rich, soothing lotion that doesn’t irritate sensitive skin or sting extremely dry, cracked skin. It is thick and feels ever so slightly greasy when first applied but rubs in nicely and moisturizes and protects for a long time. I know this is intended for babies, but as an adult with sensitive skin, I think this is a top notch lotion and love that it is fragrance free.

This provides long lasting hydration to my 3 yr olds skin. It’s easy to apply and smooth evenly into his skin (even when he’s being a wild ninja). There is a scent but it is mild and only noticeable during application. At first I applied too much and I’m his skin felt oily the first few hours. The next time I applied less and he was left hydrated without any oily residue in his skin. My son suffers from rashes, allergies and eczema but traditional eczema creams are too difficult to apply on his skin when he’s being wild (he has developmental delays and sensory issues so bath time, lotions and getting him dressed is an Olympic sport in our house). This one easily applies!! Also, his skin stays hydrated till we apply again. It’s a great lotion and we will be seeking out this exact product again.

I ordered this for my 2-year-old son, but I have been using it as well. My hands are always very dry, and this is one of the best lotions I have found that will keep my hands moist for a few hours. I would not call it an oil, however. It is just a very good lotion and also not very greasy. The price is also good for the amount you get.

I buy an Aveeon baby oat hydration cream every winter, because only this brand baby cream seems to improve my son’s legs and back dry skin in winter. And this cream is affordable price with positive effect. This one is little different from I had old Aveeon cream, that it looks like a new generation cream. The cream has almost same ingredient but it still works well as old one. And it has non perfum and no greasy feeling. I recommend it. I have very dry skin and I like the cream because it has oil. I can surely say that it helps.

I have a six month old baby girl that has bad eczema flare ups that was recommended to this product in this product has done wonders to my baby girl scanner only has a brought the softness to the touch back but it has cleared up her eczema and no more flareups so I would definitely Recommend this

It feels nice on the skin and moisturizes very well. The consistency appears to be like a rich thick lotion. My skin feels very hydrated after using it. The hydration really lasts throughout the day. I like that the ingredients contain natural components and use no animal products. I confirmed by contacting Aveeno customer service.
