> 3 dayGot the computer and connected to monitor with HDMI and I get Beelink logo and then blank screen. After a while I could see a menu item to choose language so looks like computer started but screen kept going on and off, coming on every 30 seconds for 2 seconds and back to sleep again, saying Monitor is not connected. Same after replacing HDMI cable and/or monitor. Looks like Video interface was not working out of the box. AMZN tried to connect me to Beelink expert but there lines are either busy or no one picks up. Very disappointed and returning this within one hour on receiving it.

> 3 dayBeen using this on a daily basis for about a month now doing normal PC stuff, some photo/video editing but no gaming and it has been working great. Also there is no bloatware like you usually get with big name PCs and laptops.

> 3 dayWhen I first received this, it worked as expected. Once the 30 day return period expired, the mini computer started freezing about once a day while watching videos. Amazon will only direct me to a video showing how to do basic maintenance. As an experienced computer engineer, this looks a lot more like bad design or craftsmanship.

> 3 dayHas been mostly a smooth experience one week in. Had to update AMD software as other reviews mentioned. USB devices have dropped connection and required me to unplug/replug them a couple times. No concerns about fan noise.

> 3 dayGood little computer. I use it for GIS work with QGIS. The SER5 is coupled to duel monitors and several attached external hard drives for storage and backup. The SER5, 500gb SSD and 16gb memory, handles the intensive graphics and large file sizes rather well. One issue is not related to the computer per se. I mounted the computer on the back of the monitor via VESA mounting screws. This is great for saving desktop space, but my wireless mouse and keyboard studder a bit located in front of monitor. Placing them kind of under the monitor allows them to work fine. Also, the newer internal SATA drive mounting design does not allow some 2.5 drives to be mounted (drive to thick) and the additional fan is way to close to the drive. A thinner SSD drive may work, though I have not yet tried one. I really like this little computer.
