> 3 dayI have always been one to build my own pcs. Last time I purchased one I had to by a retail HP model and it started having issues within a year. So, I moved to a laptop and had been working with that for over a year and decided I needed to find something better (laptop was good but not great).

> 3 dayOverall speed is very reasonable, graphics are fine for light to medium gaming, and about the best built-in graphics you can get. Not as fast as a discrete graphics card, but given the size and price, very happy with the middle of road graphics capability. Very fast to set up, not a lot of extra garbage pre-installed. Just plugged into HDMI port on tv, booted, and I was past all the start up menus in less than 5 minutes. I added a 2tb SDD drive internally, no issues. I bought for a portable TV/entertainment center when I travel outside the USA, so I can use laptop for biz, and this attached to any tv for Hulu/Netflix/games/surfing etc with a VPN. Only used for a few days, but very pleased overall. For 400 bucks, its a great value for what it does.

Greater than one weekI have to give a mixed review, even though there are so many great things about these little computers. I have both an SER3 and SER4, and have never had an issue with the SER3, but it isnt used as heavily or driving screens as large. The SER4 I use for work, and is connected to 2 high-pixel-count screens. The good: worked perfectly for maybe 4 months. Tremendous performance for the size and cost. The bad: recently started to have severe issues, mainly related to one screen going black and the other going a solid color (green), and no recovery possible without hard reboot. Ive tried multiple reinstalls of drivers, including AMD Adrenaline, no help. Ive tried switching monitor cables and switching from type-c to hdmi for the biggest screen. I pulled the memory out of the SER4, put it in the SER3, and ran memory test with no issues found. At this point the next troubleshooting steps are more severe than Im really eager to take on a computer I need for daily work, so Im planning to replace it with something else first. Im really torn on this thing, because without the crashes, its very much a 5-star review and a youll never go back type recommendation, for my everyday type use anyway ... but of course its hard to recommend something with that type of issue that popped up shortly after the 90-day warranty.
