As a disabled combat veteran, I have a hard time getting around and doing my physical activities. Recently I started getting into hiking and the gym to work on physical therapy. So, just let me tell you guys a little bit about myself I am a full-time construction worker, and I also train 5 to 6 days a week, and in my training sessions are always after work, so you can imagine how tired and exhausted I am, and I had to say that this product is amazing. You can take care before during or after you can actually feel the difference as soon as you drink it, and overall delivers on everything it says it would. I go to school, work, workout and play basketball - in other words pretty active throughout the week. This product is THE ONE!!! It has great taste to begin with. Im a full-time hospital worker and started training BJJ after work 2-3x/week and do weights/cardio at the gym 3x/week.
