Usually Im very groggy in the morning while working out, and only until I come back home I feel refreshed. But Intra really puts me in the zone. I get hyper-focused and am able to bang out many hard sets without getting fatigued. I have yet to try it for swimming, which Im sure it will be amazing for. Cant wait to do sprints with this stuff.

It doesn’t just hydrate you it gives you the ability to train hard and long. Normally I start to hit a wall after 5-6 hard rolls, but with this it feels like I can go all day. It has become a training necessity for me, and the one time I forgot to bring it I immediately felt the difference. This review honestly doesn’t do it justice and you really have to try it out for yourself to see.
