Greater than one weekThis is a really good all purpose level to have around the house. Just the right size for all types of projects. Its light weight, yet very sturdy. I like the grip pads and the measuring ruler on the level. I would definitely recommend this product.

> 3 dayThe level itself is great but the markers on it are not flush with the back of the level so most pencils won’t even touch the wall unless you really sharpen it thin.

> 3 dayI looked high and low for this in local stores, but never could find one. So, I finally ordered one for me and one for my Dad on Amazon. I was a little scared because at the time, it had quite a few negative reviews. But, I was surprised to see that it worked so well. You can move the sliders easily, they do stay in place, and Gecko Grip works well. If youre expecting Gecko Grip to stick the level to the wall without you holding it, then youre misled. Theres two spring-loaded plastic pads, but this just allows the rubberized pads to make better contact with the wall. Especially with uneven walls like mine.
