> 24 hourThese ear pads are not as comfortable as the Sony originals. Theyre firmer, which makes wearing a microphone under them less comfortable. Surprisingly, they dont sit flat on my ears either, unlike the Sony originals. I dont know how the material will hold up, but Im thinking that choosing OEM replacements would have been a better choice.

> 24 hourThese pads have a molded and rather rigid seam inside the ear opening. I have small ears but these seams still rub my ear lobes until the pain will not let me use the ear phones as long as I wish. The original MDR-7506 pads did not have the same seam construction and I could use them for many hours in one sitting without ear lobe pain. I expect a minimum time of pain free use to be at least 3 hours. I love my Sony Model MDR-7506 ear phones and will keep looking for replacement pads that are built without that infernal interior construction seam.

> 24 hourThey were a teeny bit tricky to install but they give my ears more room than the originals, and are super comfortable. I bought a different(very popular) brand of headphones because I was sick of squishing my ears, but they were too quiet, so I thought I’d give these a try and I am so glad I did! Now my other ones are just sitting on a shelf because these fixed these for me:)
