> 3 dayThese were not easy to put on, the reverse method another reviewer stated works best. No full noise cancellation, however acceptable in a quiet space. I like the comfort and feel of these covers. I did not notice any difference in the sound, and I have worn these for hours.

Greater than one weekMy old ear pads, the ones that came with the headphones, were peeling and generally falling apart. These new pads were reasonably priced, came in a choice of colors and showed up quickly. Definitely had to do some careful tugging and pulling to stretch them onto the headphones, but on the other hand you don’t want them falling off either. Once on they are comfortable and work just like the originals.

13-06-2025Like many others, I found my original ear pads literally falling apart and I wanted an upgrade from the thin, subpar material offered by Sony. These perforated ear pads are perfect, and made my cans feel like they were brand new. Extremely comfortable and very aesthetically pleasing.

> 3 dayI installed these earpads to replace the Brainwavz HM5 earpads that I had installed a couple of years ago. They were very comfortable, but they altered the sound signature of the headphone, overemphasizing the already sibilant highs and almost removing the bass. These earpads make the headphones sound much better than with the HM5 earpads, are quite comfortable, and dont seem to overheat. So far, Ive used them to listen to music at work for a day. There doesnt seem to be much sound leakage, tested by putting the ear cups together.
