    I wish I would of purchased this item earlier. I have done a lot of research for a label maker. I make body products and this is the best! I am always having to purchase more ink for my printer and with little gem I dont! I also like the continious lablel maker feature. So easy & quick! Easy downloads right from the Brother website. Love it!

    I have been putting this little printer through its paces ever since I got it. I print a lot with it and it handles every job with ease. I have had some relearning for some programs I use though, but that is okay, because at the price compared to the more expensive ones its worth it. Also, the software that comes with it is perfectly fine. I print labels and stickers with no issues and the software does what I need it to do. Thank you Brother!!!!

    Works as advertised. One caveat: They advertise: “Plug & Label” feature lets you create and print labels without installing software. In reality, pushing the button (on the printer) for this feature simply opens a folder on your computer revealing the printers on-board printing software. You must then double-click the .exe file to open this software and create your label.

    When you are on a Spring-cleaning-organize-my-life sort of mood this is what you need! Its easy to use and set up and its compatible with so many label sizes. I didnt want to deal with ink because Im lazy and will NEVER get up and get any or I will take ages to order some so this thermal print is perfect for my needs. Its still small enough to move from room to room if I need to.

    I have this label printer for printing envelope labels. It does very well at that task. I use my device relatively infrequently, and never have problems with it. The software is simple and straight forward and doesnt have any bugs that Ive run into. I would definitely recommend this printer if you have the need to print smaller labels on an occasional or frequent basis.
