The eye pads are thick, and if the strap holding it on is too tight, when you take the item off your face, you will have blurry eyesight for a few minutes because the pads press into your cornea. Just take a second and dont fasten it too tight and you will be very satisfied with this product.

I ordered these moist heat pads and my eyes have shown significant improvement. This strap stays on securely on your head. You only need to microwave it for 20 seconds. They give you a sample of their sterile film that you could put on between your eye and the pad but I just used a tissue. Very happy with his product!
