BV 15FT Security Steel Cable with Loops, Braided Steel Flex Cable, Bike Lock Cable 3/8 Inch, for U-Lock and Padlock

Outstanding vinyl-coated cable. This was surprisingly heavy and substantial in my hand but it works perfectly for securing patio furniture, BBQ, bikes on the back porch, workout equipment, etc. Im so glad I didnt go with a 10-footer either. One thing I didnt factor in was the plastic sheathing around the 3/8 cable. With the sheath the overall diameter swells to almost 1/2 inch (which is an important dimension to know when buying a padlock)!

15 ft cable provides many more options to lock up stuff...I used it to lock bikes and a portable solar panel while camping, wrapping one end through itself at solar panel, leaving about 14 ft to reach the other stuff as needed, using a padlock to secure this second end. 15 ft length so much more versatile than 6 ft. Appears to be good quality. While it may not prevent a determined thief it certainly deters opportunists.

I got this for my Moms scooter to secure it to a fence post. It is very strong great quality and was a great price. The seller shipped it very fast and my Mom is happy that is what counts!

I purchased this for the purpose of locking up my.moped-it is my.only method of transportation&dont want it to be stolen.This cable is working VERY WELL for this as well as the heavy locks I also purchased from.Amazon.

In garage sale, cable 4 barely-used high performance wheels and tires together. Keep 3 job-site tool chests locked and too difficult to be stolen individually. Cable 5 bicycles to public bike stand. Pull tractor out of ditch. It is exactly what it,s supposed to be. Caution - It can be cut-through with large bolt cutters.

As with each and every security feature, locks are for honest folks. This is a deterrent for lazy thieves or the occasional impulse motivated would be robber. If someone really wants your stuff, they gonna get it.

Use these to secure two of our Kayaks under our deck, am very comfortable in knowing they will do their job. High quality and without a doubt I know I’ll see years of service from these cables.
