> 3 dayI’ve been taking fish oil for over twenty years. I buy what I think is high quality but don’t have a go-to brand. I have NEVER had the experience of the fish flavor come ng up my throat. These are not lemon they are so awful. I swallow one and within ten minutes I suddenly have indigestion that is so nasty that it gives the the heaves.

> 3 dayIn my opinion, this is one of the very best fish oils on the market, if not THE best! I have been taking this for years! It has definitely helped to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides, which at one time years ago, was over 800!!!! (triglycerides, that is) Much, much better now, though. I have never had a problem with burping fish oil taste while taking these, and they have a lemon flavor added to them, which helps. Very high quality fish oil, the very best!

> 3 dayIve taken this product line many years ago because my naturopath doctor recommended it to bring my cholesterol down. At the sure of 3 months from almost 500 high cholesterol it brought it down remarkably. And it raised my good cholesterol. If by chance I do burp its lemon flavor.. 5star for sure.

> 3 dayIve been a fish oil taker for years. I usually get the Carlsons lemon liquid which I take from a medicine measuring cup every morning and night. Like a lot of other athletes, I take about 3000 mg (3 grams) per day of ACTUAL DHA and EPA. (Fun fact... thats what you want to look for when you buy fish oil... not just the overall weight of the pill... the EPA and DHA content are what youre looking for. ALA too, but not as much. I wanted something a little more portable that didnt require refrigeration this time and ent through all of the options to purchase Carlsons in capsule form and the breakdown on these was the best. Per 2 capsules you get 1600mg EPA/DHA, so at 4 caps per day, I get a months supply for less than $1 a day. There are a lot of other places selling lower concentration pills for much more. Will probably go back to the liquid next time (its 7 cents cheaper per day) but hold on to these for travel and would definitely buy them again! Highly recommend if you cant handle the taste or texture of liquid fish oil as these come from quality sourced fish which are third party tested for safety and the presence of heavy metals and mercury. Winning.
